So while the relaunch isn't to much different from being part 11, 12, etc. It does reset the age of Jason and the public and law enforcement's awareness of him. It also lets you redo/reimagine some events which you can't really do well in sequels. Like bring back Tommy Jarvis, make him alive again, also bring him back from the future of Jason X.

And to a point you are right aswell. But honestly I dont think Jasons age would be a problem cause....he is immortal and I dont think he ages cause of that fact.

I was kind of hoping it would be Camp Crystal Lake but as a Winter camp. They could throw in some counselors and kids.

Well that's what I was was thinking to. I didn't think they would have counselors though, but it could be like snow camp or something.
