I was a little harsh on 3D in my earlier post, I think what I dislike about it is the fad element itself, not so much the films. I mean, it's cool to see a neat 3D movie every now and then, but they unleash a torrent of them, making it cheesy.

I do stand by what I said before though, the 3D gimmick always seems to be the top priority, they could care less if the directing, acting, and writing are good at all. "Just make it 3D! They'll love it!"...and of course, they do. 3D is the definition of popcorn movie. It might look neat, but don't actually expect a good film.

I Agree with you 100% The 3d Gimmic Is the the top priority and the movie is a pile of shit the Film company uses it to hype up a pile of shit and everyone buyes into the 3D

This is not necessarily true.

Some of the 3D film versions have/are being done after the film has already been written and shot. G-Force was not filmed in 3D, nor was Alice In Wonderland, which is also going to be released in 3D.
