I know the dvd for the original film has gone OOP. Does anyone think we'll see a special edition to coincide with the remake? I sure hope so.

The original is a classic that lends itself to a remake. The trailer is less than promising.

I saw the trailer for this and I don't know where to start...

1.Angela's Make-Up looks shitty.
2.Edward Furlong hahaha the dude is huge!
3.The main character is a badass now.

I'm gonna check it out anyways.

Okay, 1st of all Shannon is in her 30's and she's a terrible actress...Thank God, she's not the Angela Demon. And my problem with the cast is that it is very Direct-to-Disc...I am happy about Monica and Linnea.

That trailer looks fucking awful. No thanks, I'll stick with the original that was made 21 fucking years ago and STILL looks better then this piece of shit. Apparently this fucking trash was shot on 16 mm, I mean, why fucking bother?!? Why not just shoot on Hi-Def? It sure as fuck would look a lot better. Oh and is it just me or does it look like the entire movie is shot through a cloud of smoke with soft blue lights?

Yeah, this just screams quality!

I just watched the trailer and while I do think Angela's makeup is very lame I hope no one here is acting like the original was anything to write home about. It's one of my favorite flicks but I at least recognize that it's quite shitty in it's own right.

It doesn't look great but it does look entertaining. And I don't think Angela's make-up looks that bad.

Isn't this an early promo trailer? Might explain why things look off.

I can't help but still be excited. The cast of hotties is unbelievable and the reviews have been really positive so far.
