This will not be any good for two reasons.....

#1 George is getting senile, his last two Zombie films prove this. Land had some cool gore but that was it and Diary,well.....uhhh.......hmmmm.....nevermind on that one.

#2 It's a FUCKING ZOMBIE WESTERN!!!!!!!
I wonder what his next "Zombie Epic" will be.... maybe Zombies In Da Hood perhaps????

Albeit neither of them were what I would call great, I really enjoyed Land Of The Dead AND Diary Of The Dead. I haven't much hope for this one due to the fact that probably filled with some more no name actors who can't act for shit (one of gripes with Diary Of The Dead) and the whole CGI gags are getting really bad. There were almost NO practical FX in Diary which really hurt and the CGI in both of those last movies was really really bad

Maybe, title is bad, but one of my maxims about moives:

Stories happen EVERYWHERE.

Now whether they make good movies or not is a different matter.

4 different things altogether: Good Movie/Bad Movie, Good Story/Bad Story, but none-the-less, events happen.

With a worldwide zombie outbreak, every square inch of the planet is besiged, tho most of the stories won't be worthy of a film, like the stand off at the bake sale, or at the elementry school with teachers fighting off the kids after zombies attack during recess. It's really a matter of making the action work more than the setting.

I think I could make "Hood Of Da Dead," Make it a highly armed neighborhood, first wave comes, many die but they fight them off after a small blood bath. Then make it about venturing out to get info and supplies.

I'd like to see George make an actual period specific zombie western. Complete with hats, spurs and zombie horses.

Social commentary? Yeah this is what happens when you let people fuck with established franchi$es.

Next I'd like to make a feature length movie of Queer Eye For The Straight Guy with Jason Voorhees.
