God, it's probably been said a hundred times, but Jigsaw, hands down. Not just for his games, but the backstory of him being a genius engineer. The guy's freakin brilliant.
West is a great pick too tho

Even if I hated half of the series, he still knows how to torture people better, than the morons from Hostel.
