Default 'I never said they were CHILDREN'

Sometime in the 80's I saw this low budget anthology of horror stories. It was on VHS... might never have shown in theaters anywhere.
The connecting setup seemed to be a coroner telling a reporter (or something) weird stories about some of his 'customers'.

I only remember the first story, where a cruel woman comes home and finds a little kid sneaking around her house... she tries to catch him/her and finds there are more kids in the house... pretty soon she's in the kitchen, surrounded by little kids... yelling at them to get out of her house... then they open their mouths and they have these messed up weird teeth. They tear the woman apart (not shown).
The reporter-ish character in the connecting plot says, 'what, why would children do that?' and the coroner-ish character responds, 'I never said they were CHILDREN.'

Kind of reminiscent of Richard Matheson's 'Bobbie'... also in a couple of anthology movies, but that's not it. This had a bunch of creepy not-kids rather than just one.

Any help figuring out what this was would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

It sounds like an episode from the original Twilight Zone series, but I can't be sure.

I remember seeing it and thinking it was creepy as fuck.

Definitely not Twilight Zone...
This was in color... low budget... no recognizable stars.
Wish I could remember what any of the other stories were like... but only the first one with the freaky not-kids stuck with me.

That was House of the Dead (not the Uwe Boll video game bastardization), but a wierd little flick from 78' that is also known as Alien Zone.I have it on one of those 50 movie packs that millcreek puts out. Here is an IMDB link for you. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0072626/
