What the Hell do you think I've been doing the past hour? Sulking because of that poem you wrote? Hardly...

Mos Def. UJ is #2 or #3 for me. It's hard for me to choose between that and HTK and MFD.

Epic post, bro. Putting it into the first post.

Seagal's latest DTV, The Keeper, comes out this Tuesday.

Some recent stuff.

Trailer for his next movie after The Keeper entitled "On The Run."

MFD>HTK

Any movie where Seagal throws a man through a wall, pokes out his eyes, breaks his back over his knee, and throws him down an elevator shaft is golden

Thanks!

Rules to follow to make a perfect Steven Seagal film:

1. Seagal must break at least one arm a film.

2. There must be numerous ball strikes - via punching, kicking, weapons, etc.

3. Seagal must never bleed. However, everyone whom he shoots or stabs should gush blood like a geyser e.g. 'Urban Justice'

4. Seagal can never die. EVER. If Seagal should by some freak occurrence get shot almost point blank with a shotgun, he should simply get mad, beat on a few guys and then get shot again point blank with a shotgun. No matter how many shots Seagal takes, the most it will effect him is a 7 year coma.

5. Seagal must be described as "like a ghost" at least once. On top of this, he should have a shady past that no one can find a record of pre-1984.

6. Several references concerning Seagal being well endowed must be made by female cast members throughout the course of the film.

7. Seagal must never run out of bullets...EVER.

8. Plot twists or subplots that either make no sense or go nowhere must be included.

9. Seagal MUST wear the same leather coat in every scene.

10. Seagal's partner or sidekick must get murdered because of him.

11. Seagal must be in prison at some point of the film.

12. Seagal must appear disinterested in acting in the film.

13. Seagal must adopt a ridiculous accent he can't quite pull off...then somewhere in the middle of the film, give up and start speaking normal again.

14. Seagal must kill the main villain of the film by inserting something through some part of their head.

I'm a huge Seagal fan but I do know that his movies are really ridiculous. They're fun to watch...well most are minus some of his latest DTV output.

Out for Justice is probably my favorite. Words cannot describe how hilarious that movie is. Not to mention brilliant henchmen names such as Tattoos, a guy with a mullet & loads of tattoos, & Sticks, a guy who uses pool cues as weapons. Tattoos is probably one of my favorite action movie henchmen because of his appearance & infamous quotes such as "Fuck you, cop!(gets kicked into a wall & dies)" & "Motherfucker! You knocked my teeth out!"

My favorite Seagal DTV flick is Urban Justice. That movie is so out there & over the top that it can't be taken seriously at all. The blood squibs spray out like a firehose. I can't count how many times Seagal said "mother fucker who killed mah son" but it sure is a lot. Eddie Griffin is a humorous yet oddly cast villain but I did enjoy his character. Loved when he told a guy that he was "dressed like a muthafuckin' tampon." Gold.

Seagal is awesome, even if he plays the same role in every movie. I would also like to know where you can pick up his energy drink, I have never been able to find it
