Re: TV Shows Watched

The Exorcist , S2 Ep 3 I was getting a tad worried that this season wasn't gonna make it for me. The first two episodes were, meh but BAMM! Yes! I'm in for the season. Great episode. Cool! Yeah the first couple of episodes have been ho-hum. Plan on watching episode 3 tonight. Now I'm excited :)

Only thing I haven't seen is Ghost of Mars. I kind of find it hard to muster up the interest in that one.
Ever end up watching it?

Haven't watched the Steelers in 3 weeks. It's been cathartic.

Re: The Official 2017 NFL Season Thread

Well Michael Bennett fits what I'm saying to a "T". And he's a public figure whose lack of ownership of himself resulted in divisive, lazy rhetoric spewed from his very visible platform. Alot of that going around & it's not helping anything.

Re: The Official 2017 NFL Season Thread

yes, from my perspective. i believe activism is extremely important. I do too. Hence my reverence for Jim Brown & Ali. Like I've said; I find this form of protest to be extremely lazy, regressive & systematic of today's society which has been engulfed by social media. It's all the more glaring when...

Re: Post The Last Movie You Watched

The Fog 1980 (9/10) - Just got back from seeing this on the big screen of my fav cinema, it's in my top 5 of Carpenter as I just love soaking up the atmosphere. The cast is so awesome as well. http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-156sNuiZA-c/Tf0nCkoc4pI/AAAAAAAAAzE/zo6j6pnDNwI/s1600/the-fog-2.gif I'd rather s...

Re: RIP Tom Petty

Tom Petty was one of those universal musicians. I mean, how could you talk shit about Tom Petty's music? Lucky for us he's given us alot of material to enjoy for all-time.

Re: The Official 2017 NFL Season Thread

Never said racism doesn't exist. And I'm the one who is putting words in your mouth. Again, has what's been transpiring on sidelines these last few weeks been bringing us together as a country? What good has come of this? And what conversation are we supposed to be having again? is what's happening ...

Re: The Official 2017 NFL Season Thread

Liberal, Wackadoo Leftist; considering the context of the conversation it's semantics at that point. I actually gave you the floor on two occasions by asking the very legitimate questions of how is what's happening on NFL sidelines helping us move forward as a society. The culmination was the tired ...
