About Me
My name is Rob Avery. I am president of Worldparody Productions. Worldparody is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2009! I enjoy making gore soaked horror flicks! I have been watching horror movies since the age of three. I enjoy Tales From the Crypt style humor. I read a lot of horror comics when I was a teen, that kinda shaped my twisted sense of humor. Tales From the Crypt, Twisted Tales, Gore Shriek, Mystery in Space, Alien Worlds, etc. I like to think of my movies as live action comic books where anything can happen! I love movies and I take my craft very seriously. I am a special effects artist as well and I make some of the nastiest things that you will ever see on the screen! Anything from simple stuff, to CGI. Monsters and Gore effects are my favorites. My current movie Slashers Gone Wild: director's cut has over 25 kills! Despite the low budget ($750,000) I managed to cram tons of nasty gore and CGI into the movie! I give huge props to all horror fans and filmmakers everywhe
