HELP! Does anyone remember this movie??

This has been driving me nuts...can't find the name of this thing. It would've been late 70's/early 80's and either a B-movie or a made-for-TV movie. The only thing I remember about the movie is that there were two kids (evil kids) that would point at the adults in the movie, causing the adults to float up in the air and start spinning. Any help would be appreciated if anyone remembers this thing.

"The Howling" is coming back.
Indie producers Joel Kastelberg and Moonstone Entertainment's Etchie Stroh are re-launching the werewolf franchise as "The Howling: Reborn." Former studio marketing exec Joe Nimziki, who worked at New Line, MGM and Sony, will make his feature directorial debut from his own script.

Pic's due to start shooting in February for a Halloween release, with plot details under wraps.

The original "Howling," directed by Joe Dante from a script by John Sayles, was released in 1981 and spawned six sequels. Dee Wallace-Stone starred as a news anchor stalked by a serial killer who turns out to be a werewolf.

Steve Lane and Bob Pringle, who served as exec producers on the original, will also exec produce "The Howling: Reborn."

Kastelberg's credits include "Bodies, Rest and Motion," "Mr. Jealousy," "Sleep With Me" and "Kicking and Screaming" while Stroh's include "Cookie's Fortune," "Afterglow," "Dancing at the Blue Iguana" and "Stranger Than Fiction."

Help? cursed servants movie

Right, my friend was telling me about this movie and it sounded amazing, but he doesn't know the name and google doesn't help. If anyone knows please help. Here are the details we know.

- There is a house that belong to the servants and the family doesn't speak about it, though no-one knows why. Like why it burnt down or who did it.

- All the servants in the movie had this red mark on their face, like a birth mark or a curse or something. And when one of the women in the movie has a baby, it has the same mark. And that's like the DUN DUN DUN moment.

- There is this archer like all over the place, and in the fireplace, and it's suppose to be significant.

- It's english speaking, and was described as early colour, like when colour first came out, sort of looking.

Has anyone else seen this gem? I personally love this movie and think it is the perfect Troma-esque over the top movie.

Lloyd Kaufman even gave it a shout out in Poultrygeist by yelling this as he unloaded an M16 on some zombies.
