This was funny kinda cheesy i have to give it a 6 and a half
Not that bad of a film but I couldnt stop laughing through the thing. Every time the Yeti thing would attack it just looked like a giant muppet running around killing people.

OK. A little cheesey. You can tell it's a sci-fi channel original movie by the effects and acting. Still waiting for the ultimate bigfoot movie.

"Hey, assmonkey!" what a great line. not a bad little flick. but, any movie with jeffery combs of lance henricksen cant be too bad. good gore, monster looks cool.some scenes toward the end were reminiscent of rear window, with the addition of the whole bigfoot killing everyone deal. not bad
This is one of those train wreck movies, its so bad you cant help but watch.... But once you get in to it(bad acting a side)it was fun ....And the gore works well with the monster and the dumb ass girls...
Not a bad movie, the cast and gore is solid enough, if you are into your creature feature then this might be up your street, personally ive always been intrigued by bigfoot, sasquatch and when he has a attitude as in this film it makes you curious to see it.
'Abominable' is quite good for a lower budget horror film, and has a great assortment of cameos, including Dee Wallace Stone and a hilarious one by Jeffrey Combs. The acting is top-notch, especially for the protagonist. The movie is, simply put, a very solid, good horror film that smartly mixes creature feature elements with a Secret Window-esque plot line and an epic ending.
I only had three quips with it. 1) The movie has a slow start. You don't even see the snowman for the first half of the film. 2) The snowman is very fake; so much so that you'll probably laugh whenever you see it. 3) There is barely any gore in the movie, except for a brilliant head chomping scene (get the uncut version).
All in all, the movie is good for its type, and has a good mix of psychological horror, plot, and acting.

This is a fun movie with plenty of cameos. It is a pleasent surprise where it succeeds in the bigfoot genre as so many others have failed. It is a fun movie, not big on scares or gore (although there is a cool head biting scene), but it is worth a watch for true horror fans who aren't expecting a masterpiece, but are just looking for something to keep them entertained. Also, I obviously recommend the movie version vs. the sci-fi version which is straight lame.
I saw this movie on the sci-fi channel and that's where it belongs. If I saw the dude from seinfeld one more time look out his window and see something I was going to swear off Seinfeld. Just an ok movie. Nothing special.
