Kinda fun, rather boring, occasionally quite funny. Not awful, but it will rightfully get lost in the immense jumble of zombie films coming out in the last... what now, 5 years?
It was apparently made around the same time as Shaun of the Dead, unfortunately it wasn't released until just recently or it might have retained some more originality, and kept my attention longer.
Bottom line: Not bad, I don't consider my night wasted, but don't expect to be blown away.
