Pride and Prejudice and Zombies Out This Week
I’ve always been a fan of superhero team-ups, or music mash-ups, but rarely are there literary conjunctions…until now! I’m sure many students that read through Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice wanted something little bit more punchy and now they have their wish. Chronicle books is releasing Pride and Prejudice and Zombies this Wednesday. It is the original story but the characters are plagued with a zombie outbreak and must survive. Another great part of the book is the inclusion of the zombie illustrations that are done in the vein of the original C.E. Brock artwork. I’m pretty pumped for this and seems like a fun read. What do you think? More info after the jump…
