With expectations set high on Mr. Romero, he needed to make another epic Zombie masterpiece. He had it, but studios made him edit, and due to cut backs we got this. It's still an enjoyable film, but it wasn't his true vision.

The world is over run by the living dead. Only few humans live on the earth in scattered locations. A group of scientists and millitary people take residence in an underground missle silo. Dr. Frankenstien as the military calls him has come up with an idea to make zombies tame, and liveable with.

I love this movie. It didn't have as big of an impact on me as Dawn of the Dead. I could watch this movie over and over again just because of the dark elements. If you haven't seen this film you really should. It isn't as good as Night, or Dawn of the Dead, but it's worth the expirence.

Score: 8 / 10
