An ok indie crime/drama about a man's dog that gets shot by a troubled teenage boy while the boys friends watched and did nothing, and his fight for justice to bring them down. I thought the performances were pretty decent and the story itself was good and touching, but I thought it was pretty basic and a little slow for my taste. The description and the poster make it seem like a gritty suspense/thriller, believe me it isn't, it's more of a drama to me, it comes to show you don't judge a movie by it's cover. The thing I liked about this movie was the pleasant ending and the final battle between him and the teenage boys which made me give it a higher rating than 2 stars, other than that it's pretty standard lifetime movie of the week material to me. I'd say wait to catch this on t.v.!
