This is an old thriller from the 70's. It's basically a Jack the Ripper style movie. I can't tell you that much about it though because it bored me to the point of just fast forwarding through it to see the kill scenes. I must say the special effects were quite good. Most of them were very graphic and disgusting. Two to look out for are a woman getting her eyeball sliced open with a razor blade and the other a man getting shot through the side of his face.
Most video stores don't carry this movie but if you happen to come across it and you don't mind spending a buck to see some bloody disgusting scenes check this out.
