Summoning demons by Heavy Metal. Sounds like a win-win.

Not bad 80s kids horror movie. A little overrated, maybe. It's nothing that will blow your mind or anything.

Go buy this movie now! It's about time it got a good re-release on dvd, although they should have stuck with original cover art. It still holds up strong to this day. It's not just for kids. The special effects are awesome. The dvd special features are great!

Really fun cheesy horror. This the first horror movie I made it through when I was a little kid. It still holds up and is damn fun if you like old school speacial effects. Also it is very fun to see young Stephen Dorff before he played Blade's best villian.

Loved this movie so much as a kid I refuse to ever watch it again. I am afraid it won't be the same and I want to remember it how I do now.

this movie is great. i was 7 when it came out, the perfect age to fall for such cheesy sfx. scared the hell out of me. i remember jumping to my bed from 4 feet away for a long time. lol. if i watch it alone at night it still gets to me though. thats why i still love it.

I've seen it a long time ago. It was considered high tech special effect in it's time. It's kiddy horror adventure gone raw.

I remeber seeing this movie when I was like 9 or 10. I didn't really like it that much but I should re-watch it I think.

Yup. As a little-little kid, this was a favorite of mine. Haven't seen it forever, but I remember it fondly.

God i love this movie. Growing up it scared me and amazed me.. It's perfect.

The 80s visuals are fun; but if you are into children monster movies from the 80s there are way better choices like "The Monster Squad", "The Lost Boys" and "Gremlins 2". This movie isnt worth your time!

I just watched this movie the other night. I remember seeing it in theaters. I loved it then, and I still love it to this day. I'm so glad they're re-releasing it on DVD in its widescreen format (at least I'm hoping it's the true widescreen). If you haven't seen this movie yet, chances are, now that you're all grown up, you may not enjoy it. There are no deaths, very little to no gore, and its stars are kids. Actually, it's Stephen Dorff's first role, if I'm correct. But for me, it's an entertaining movie. It has great special effects for its time, and even though the movie stars kids, they're actually not bad actors. I highly recommend this movie, if you don't enjoy it, oh well.

who doesnt love this movie, it had everything you could want in a horror directed for kids.

I remember this when I was a kid and it freaked me out. When I watched it again it was still a pretty solid horror movie. The effects were really good and the acting was also pretty good. I love the plot about demons taking over a sububian house when a party is going on. Classic.

Ahh! I loved this movie growing up. How could anyone not?
