i'm not trying to be an elitist asshole. the rating IS pg though. not R at all. it would definately be R in our generation but not at all then. do ur research..or just know a great flick.?
Is it even needed to say anything? A movie that will live forever and stay as my favorite movie forever. If you have not seen this movie go buy it and then watch it and watch it again so this way you know for sure you watched it like everyone else in the world has. I CANNOT WAIT MUCH LONGER FOR THIS TO COME OUT ON BLU-RAY
This movie was indeed one of the best movies i've ever seen. It was released in 1975 and still has much to offer to us also still leaves fear in peoples minds about swimming at the beach. The cast was great & producing was excellent. If you haven't seen it i recommend you renting 100%.
Sweet jesus. You'll never swim in the sea the same way again. Jaws is a new type of terror, horror and gore. Jaws, directed by master of thrills Steven Speilberg, is a new wave (get it?) of terror. The unexpected public, swimming in the sea are devoured one by one, by this massive shark, Jaws! What else can I say really that hasn't been said? Terror, horror, blood, guts, and one damn big shark! Watch it!
absolutely terryfying in every way imaginable.
Still unrelenting to this day.
a powerful experience that needs to be watched with the lights on. This movie freaked me out so much that i couldnt swim in my own pool without checking it first and even then i was still pretty scared when i was in it. no horror fan should call themself a horror fan without experiencing one of the scariest and most vicious creature feature ever made.
Easily one of the best films ever made. If you don't hear John Williams score in your head whenever you're in the water then you've obviously somehow missed this, what are you waiting for?
when i first saw jaws it was at my friends house,in 3rd grade my friend fast forward 2 all the bloody parts.then i went on 2 see the others.they should make jaws 5. without jaws i would never have/or wanted 2 see a scary movie ever
perfect movie, i have all 4 in the series. the shark view is great. i still have to snuggle someone on my couch, and keep my feet on it, cause it so scary you can think the sharks in your living room, waiting.....

The pinnacle of cinematic bliss. My all-time favorite flick. Robert Shaw steals the show, from his offer to kill the beast, to his epic, grisly demise. Quint is my favorite movie character of all-time. He's also the inspiration for my site name "Quint's Machete". A timeless masterpiece!!!
My second fave movie of all time behind Halloween. Classic masterpiece . There is nothing else to say

This movie is a classic. Nothing short of a masterpiece. Baste on the best selling author peter benchley. This movie made everyone scared of the water. With an oscar worthy performance, superb directing, fantastic story. This movie is great. If you haven't seen this movie. I urge you to see it. Actually don't walk to pick up this gem actually run. Once you see this baby you won't want to put it down. My favorite movie of all time...
This my first favorite movie EVER. It got me intersted in sharks. This movie will make you find out why sharks are the perfact killing machines. Theres also a jaws video game and its awsome.
First off sharks scare the hell outta me. Its just something about a giant fish with razor sharp teeth. But anyways this movie is a classic and it freaks me out every time I watch it. I love pretty much everything about this movie because its one of the few movies out there that actually scares me. If you havent seen this then you have a problem.
