You've obviously have seen the film Se7en and have indulged in the Saw series. From what I can tell you liked Se7en more but still wanted to ride the coat tails of the (unfortunate) success of the Saws.
This film was completely under developed. the characters really mean nothing to the audience and the "demon" looks like a crack head who filled his teeth. The twist was something of amateurs and the "influences" are not only obvious but have been border lined plagiarized.
The acting was passable, the lighting had its moments, the sound was great (good job), and the story had potential but lack the writers original thought(should of focused more on the old priest rather than poker and bingo).
I think this director will do good movies in the future. Just might not be with his own script.
