Not really a horror movie, but quite brilliant actually. There were at least 4 major turns, and each of them were great. The movie changed pace and story a lot, but it was awesome. I was very impressed with this movie. The acting and script were definitely a hell of a lot better than American films. This is a must-see for fans of psychological thrillers.
An gritty, intense, psychological/thriller that was harsh and surprisingly not that bad at all. I thought the filming was beautifully raw and atmospheric and is the film's best quality. The acting wasn't amazing but it wasn't half bad either and was naturalistic, the serial killer in it definitely sent shivers down my spine. The ending was pretty haunting and was nailbiting and was pretty bloody but a little rushed, though I didn't mind it much because the first half was a pretty slow build up and to me it just didn't have a strong enough story or script. Overall I still recommend you to give it a chance if you happen to stumble upon it because it actually is pretty decent considering its flaws. Not a must see though.
I watched this with my friends and felt embarrassed making them sit through it. The kids were annoying, some of the lines I feel like I missed because of their accents, the plot was all over the place, and I felt it tried too hard to be an artsy, weird movie. Dunno, just wasn't entertained, and by the end I was so upset I wasted time watching it.
Not to bad, loved the music... very slow going, but when the violence comes its pretty fucked. The ending was messed up too. Not going to burn it or anything, but it's a good rent.
