One of the rare movies that is just as good as the original

Not as good as the original but it does have some cool, scary sequences that still look quite spectacular. I love the river of slime, the painting coming alive, the bathtub trying to eat the baby, the ghosts in the courtroom, etc.
Entertaining, but the plot is mainly a rehash of the first movie.

Well the walking Statue of Liberty definitely did it for me, hahaha!
This movie is totally on par with the original. I don't know why it gets the rap that it does.
Peter MacNicol is great addition to the cast and having Rick Moranis step forward as a temporary buster of ghosts is hilarious.
It's so hard to review a movie you love, cause all you can say is "this is great, this is good". I wish there was someway I could convey how fun and brilliant these movies are.
