this is not a chuckey movie this and the seed should have not happened but there still good! :)
This movie obviously can't be taken seriously. But it's entertaining and has enough gore and laughs to make it a pretty good Saturday night popcorn flick.
i love this. i love chucky and i particularly love his new look. i just wish they made the newer chucky films darker and focused more on horror than attempted comedy. but still yet a great installment.
This is a pretty good one. No it's not exactly the scariest installment in the franchise, well, it's not scary at all. But it still is a very entertaining and fun movie.
By all accounts this movie shouldn't work, it should be silly & stupid. And it is, but that's why it does work, it all turns out to be a lot of fun and it's the best in the series since the original!
i really enjoyed the deaths in this moving. the cop gets his throat slit and blood just pours out.. the semi turning that guys into bloody chunks was amazing oh and my fav, when they rig the air bag to send nails hurdling into john ritters face was priceless. dont read into these movies too much guys. its a horror movie about dolls. its not shawshank redemption
This film has great in-jokes (ie Pinhead, sequels) and great visuals (hotel scene, anyone?).
Brad Dourif,Jennifer Tilly, John Ritter(RIP), Katherine Heigl and Alexis Arquette all turn in fine performances; not to knock the other cast members, but they pretty much stuck to the slasher film formula. Once again, they were good, but not great.
I highly recommend this flick; and honestly, it's not gonna hurt the continuity to have not viewed the other films first, it's good enough to be a standalone horror comedy thrill ride.
Probably one of the best Chucky movies. I loved the first 2 but this one's in a different genre. It manages to be comedic and relevant whilst still being a great slasher film. Every scene fun, funny or bloody or all 3. Plus it felt good to have Chucky back after all those years.
Fun to watch, along with Freddy Krueger, Chucky has become one of the most charismatic and entertaining "killer" in the genre.
This isnt an oscar winning film by any means, but it does what it sets out to do, thrill, entertain and splatter some blood in between dark comedy moments. succeeds at that.
I dont think any of the chucky films will be better than it's original Child's Play, but this is a fun ride here.

I loved this movie, it was hillarious, bloody, but a little rediculous.

I am the biggest Chucky fan and I can honestly say Bride of Chucky was a dumb, silly movie and the movie is mixed. It tries to be comedy but fails, it tries to be horror but that level fails. I think the main reason is Tiffany. The movie started out okay with just Chucky. The ending is one of the most stupid unfinished endings I've seen. I was really disappointed with this one. People saying it was funny and it was scary. Neither comments are true. Overall Bride of Chucky is a bore and I advice that you skip it.
When Chucky's old flame uses voodoo and some questionable sewing skills to bring her old beau back to life again, he doesn't appear to be that grateful. Soon the two of them are wrapped up in road trip with your standard cast of 90's slasher teens, complete with post-Scream ironic dialogue.
This film performed a bit of a Frankenstein trick itself by bringing Chucky back to life, but the results work much better than I expected. Good sick fun.
