SYNOPSIS
A unique action horror film set in turn of the century Mexico. “Saw” meets the spaghetti western in this heart thumping, adrenalin pumping joy ride. Genre auteur Albert Pyun (“Mean Guns”, “Nemesis”, “Cyborg”) teams with producer Michael Najjar to create the second film in his high-octane mayhem trilogy, which began with his cult classic, “Mean Guns.”
In “Mean Guns: Left For Dead” a desperate criminal and deadly posse find themselves trapped in the ghost town of Amnesty by a vengeful demon.

"Much like some of DePalma’s best early efforts, Left for Dead is over-directed and stylish as hell. The film was shot entirely in Argentina, and Pyun frequently rips his camera through the woods and into some of the coolest location shots this side of a rich Italian giallo. Although the film could benefit from more gunplay and a few additional blood spatters, Left for Dead is a dark, slick, and edgy western streaked with gore and a lean sense of style." ...Read More
