HOLLYWOOD - Where your best friends stab you in the back.

That's the cheesy tagline for this awful low budget slasher, about someone in an Elvis Presley mask killing the crew during the making of a music video. I believe this would've been cult if this had been made back in the 80's. But as a 00's slasher, it just doesn't work.

We don't get any gore even though there?s a lot of blood splatter, as in all of these low budget productions. Don't get me wrong, I usually love low budget horror, but this is just too unimaginative and the mask is just not scary, I would rather say it's ridiculous. A lot of hidden talent here though, that's the good thing about the movie, the actors are excellent, well... everyone except the girl that plays the directors daughter, it's ridiculous how she just screams with her hands over her mouth and does nothing to run away, even if the killer is in the middle of a murder. She just stands there and screams for ages and waits to get killed. I'd say she brought that one on herself.

This is a bad movie, but some stupid lines make you laugh, keep in mind, it is a parody, kind of. I suggest you do rent it, cause it is still quite enjoyable. But if you decide you want to rent it, don't watch the trailer since it reveals the killer!!
