this is a great vampire movie, and is the most like the book that this, the omega man, and will smiths i am legend are based on, the book i am legend by richard matheson.
i love it, and it is a great black and white horror classic.
before I am legend and omega man, came the last man on earth, a very interesting story with a very good actor vincent price who is a scientist that you feel sorry for because of what has happenned to his family, you feel his secluded state throughout the film.
First off I am a Vincent price fan and to be to the point this is a pretty good adaption to the original story I Am Legend. The acting is good on prices part but he could do this stuff in his sleep. There are some things that hurt this movie..the lack of budget and the fact it could have used better acting from the rest of the cast. While not a great film it is notable.
