this movie is a little better than the second, but cannot redeem the series from rock bottom...

The story is lackluster and the special effects are laughably bad. Really.

At least the filmmakers somewhat improved their green screen technique this time around.

Ah it was not a complete waste of my time the movie did not completely suck. Good to see Rider Strong is still kicking it. Not as much of a corpse fest as I would have liked it to be but it skims a passing grade

I loved the first movie, thought the second was so-so, and this one is in-between those. Not as good as the first, but better then the second. I thought the acting was surprisingly good, and I loved how my main complaint about the second movie - that one random dude that popped in for no reason and then popped out of the movie again 10 minutes later and we were left feeling like he had a bigger story we were missing - we see him again and this time we finally get to find out what his story is. Also, this has one creepy and atmospheric intro.

They do however, use CGI green screen background for almost EVERY scene again, and there is a plot 'twist' in it that was so obvious, it's embarrassing that they tried to pass it up as a twist, and also we never actually see any ghosts until almost an hour into the hour and a half-long movie, which dragged the film down a lot. But the scenes where we do get ghosts, they are awesome and the ghosts are pretty deadly.

The thing I liked most about the movie though was the ending. IMO, it was a great and fitting ending for the entire series.

This felt like a after school special with a PG-13 rating. This is geared towards the teen crowd with little gore and blood. Worth watching if you don't expect a real horror.

I hated the first one. I hated the second one. So, as soon as the third one comes out...I watch it? See, this is why they keep making this garbage...because we're stupid enough to eat it up. This movie is just as awful as the other two films, if not worse. On another note, apparently the "Boy Meets World" kid is not completely down and out yet...but pretty damn close...
