Yup.. total crap. I grew up with the "Albino Farm" legend, and they totally missed there. Not only that, the actual land is about ten minutes outside of Springfield, where I happen to live. Yeah, there are screwed up podunk towns around here (i.e., Marionville, where the film was actually lensed), but Springfield itself isn't. There are waaaay better urban legends out here that they wouldn't have even needed to turn into a Wrong Turn-ripoff. This movie was utter crap, buuuut I expected it to suck. First thing that came to mind was, "how exactly are they gonna turn THIS into a horror flick?" The real story's not that interesting.. hence it becoming your typical backwoods slasher. The "girl scout camp" legend (girl scouts massacred by an escaped mental patient from the FedMedPen.. which is still in use, actually.. but it's a stereotypical urban legend.. but if you wanna set something in the Ozarks, it would've provided on-location shooting at the original site) would have been way creepier, and the actual remains from it are still standing(-ish).. real creepy place. Friends and I used to go party out there. Oh well, I've seen worse movies.
To say that this film is un-original would be the understatement of the year. It is obvious from the very first frame of this what is going to happen. You can pick the characters that are going to die. Which character is going to survive And most importantly of all which character is going to show her breasts. Ok you can say that about 90% of horror films but it would have been nice to have a surprise or two. Sadly this is unashamed cash in on films like Wrong Turn and Hills have eyes. Only nowhere near as good. And that should tell you something. Chris Jericho of WWE wrestling fame is the only big name in this. I am very surprised he was in it because it?s such a pile of garbage. Don't waste your time.

A low budget rip-off of 'House of Wax', 'Wrong Turn' and many other better slashers. In the first ten minutes, they use at least five cliches to get the story going. Stereotypical characters galore, very slow pacing, a terrible ending and unintentional laughs. Oh, and the 'Albino Farm' is only really seen in the last ten minutes...and it's a cave and park combined. The acting was decent, but everything else stunk.
This is pretty much a very low budget wrong turn with a little hills have eyes ripoff. Chris Jericho is in it for like maybe 5 minutes(he just dyed his hair and put a white contact in) and Richard Christy is in it for maybe 10 seconds(at the end). Just stick with Wrong Turn.
