Good concept, bad execution, characters died that shouldnt have died, especially early on, like the freakin narrator that should have narrarated the whole film and it would have made more sense and been overall a bit better, michael madsen's villian was interesting, for the whole 5 minutes, not a bad story, i like the basic ideas it explained in the beginning in what was going on and why, but it just drifts off and doesnt really know where to go, and because of that confusion, im left feeling disapointed

Amazing. I agree with alecimboy 100%. Horrorfest's best!
Not great, Not awful. Enjoyaple post apocalyptic cannibal flick. My only complaint is that it should have ventured outside of the hospital, to show the extent of the "Apocalypse." On a low budget, its understandable though.
Everytime I saw Rachel Miner I couldnt help but think to myself "Hee Hee, I've seen your vagina"
I'd recommend this movie to hardcore horror fans, but not a casual viewer.
I tried to ignore the whole story about the world just about ending over night because the oil ran out and actually started enjoying it... then they threw probably the worst ending of all-time at me. Could have been really good, but just too many goofy ideas in the story that ruined it. Oh yeah and why did she put on the war paint???
I am not hard on indie films which this is most surely indie, but the best part of this film is the credits. It sets it up well, very cooly shot and gets you into it. Then the movie starts and its completely different style of shooting. Its like they shot the credits 4 months later with a new editor and filmmaker. The film has a cool story about the end of the world, we all dig that, but the way in which they went about executing the story was just boring. Plus the lead actress is terrible and not exactly attractive. A waste of good talent Rachel Minor and vinnie jones but having vinnie jones on set for one day is just not enough time to develop him. Poorly edited too.
Ya this movie was really not that good at all. Wow are world ended because we ran out of gas...thats so stupid. The Rovers dont even look cool at all its just a very boring movie. Its like all the other movies out there nothing original at all. Not to mention the FX effets were really not that good.
I was confused by the ratings system. My last review for Mulberry St. should've been 4 skulls, not two. Anyways, Tooth and Nail was, to be honest, a little dissappointing. The acting was off and on, more often off really. The setting was confined, I think, to budget restraints, and not used well for what they had. The characters were alright; to be honest, I didn't really care when anybody died. The story, however, was different. I liked the reason for the world ending, seeing as it's fairly viable. The violence and deaths were awesome; the camera work wasn't too explicit, so that it left some to the imagination. I'd watch it again, though I'm not running out to buy it.
This movie was not good at all. About half way through the movie, I was pleading with the people i was watching it with to "turn it off". Save your time for something else.
