There was plenty of suspense but not as much action to weigh it out, so I was dissapointed by the outcome. I expected more. The french do some really great horror films but this is definitely the worst of the bunch, but not the worst film I've seen at all. It is worth watching because it does have its very good suspenseful moments, but don't expect Martyrs!
One of the scariest, intense and shocking horror movie I've seen in years. It's brutal, disturbing and a terrifying journey into the darkest side of humanity. The acting was believable and the ending made my jaw drop. Hollywood forget torture/porn and watered down PG-13 crud and make horror movies scary again. The french know their horror movies. Highly recommended!
The scares in this movie are so real you can reach out and touch them without even using 3-D glasses, but I wouldn't want to do that! If you do want to get scared, this movie will deliver the goods, because in the dark of a twilight night, safe with your love, in a nice secluded house, inturders, ..oh?/ Intruders you say? Yeah it's one freaky film. It was like being in a car crash: one hell of a ride, and one shocking conclusion. Those dang french make our B-Movies cry.
Perfect in every way. The best foreign horror movie ive seen. Not really horror more of intense thriller but hey whatever. Scared the hell out of me. Way better than strangers although it was good 2. Great acting and great feel of creepyness. My heart was beating out of my chest. This is the first foreign film where i forgot i was reading subs and thats what i want to happen.
This movie was so fuckign stupid. Hey lets make a twist ending and have it being kids. Dumb idea. I expected so much more but no it had to be boring and not to mention I had to read the subtitles the whole time. I dont mind if its a good movie but this was far from it.

I cant tell which is better this movie are the strangers. There the same thing except this movie is in french. And they are both based on a true story. This movie i enjoyed. see this movie

It was an OK Film; I liked it however its something I am not going to rush out and get my friends to watch or watch again.
I loved how the Movie looked at the end it kinda had a Blair Witch/hellraiser look to it.
Maybe it was my lack of patience for that day itself, but I found myself bored in pieces of the film. However, the plot is perfect for our present, and mostly unexplored fears and the actors were amazing. The "making of" featurette was interesting, in showing the real terror these actors went through on a daily basis. Despite my ADD, I will say that the film is unique and worth watching a second time if you catch yourself wandering in another room for some scenes.

This was a very intense and creepy film. Its pacing was perfect and it just worked its way under my until I was jumping at everything. A very well made and highly recommended movie in my book.

This was a pretty good movie with alot of suspense. In this flick the chick was a lot tougher than the wuss with a little hole in his leg. Too bad she didn't end up better off.

After watching "Inside", I was looking for another great French made horror film. This was recommended, but was a disappointment overall. Not being familiar at all with the story, I was able to quickly deduce from the poster that the perpetrators in this were going to be kids. This is really the big denouement/shock of the movie. The rest is very standard fair. The opening sequence was well done and very suspenseful. After that we lull into 20 minutes of "get to know the main characters." These people are dull and uninteresting, and nothing is done to make them seem more real than the people in a newspaper story. After that we get the terroizing of the couple by the perpetrators, which is also well done, but nothing new. Once it is revealed that children are doing these things, are leads do not seem shocked, surprised, curious, or remorseful. Very strange. Not to ruin it for anyone, but the ending is not the usual hollywood cop out ("Invasion" anyone?) that we see. Unfortunately, it is also not very satisfying either. Oh well, back to the drawing board...If you saw "the Strangers", then you know what to expect, since that film is a re-make of this one...
I just finished watching this movie on my PC. It was a pretty good film and I normally do not like foreign films. It was pretty much what I expected however, I did not care for the ending. All in all it is definitely worth renting.
I really enjoyed this. There were suspenseful moments, good acting, and just an overall entertaining (but super-short) film. I definitely recommend this.
this is fun. I definitely got creeped out at a couple parts and gave a shit if the characters got caught. The very very end impressed me and I think that's really what's sticking in my head.

GREAT Film!!!! I heard all the great things about this movie and I am usually disappointed by the time I watch it. Not this one. Gripping from begining to end!
A very nice tense thriller that leaves you sitting on the edge of your seat waiting for what happens next. The whole movie is nicely done from begining to end, and finding out why with what all happens in the movie at the end is a huge holy s**t moment. Glad to own this one, cant reccomend it enough.
This film was fantastic. I had high hopes for it, and it definately didn't let me down. The acting by the duo is great; the acting never seems forced and it is very realistic. The set and the atmosphere are great as well; nothing is overdone, it is very limited, and sets the mood and tone for the film wonderfully. The sound effects and limited music heighten the tension, and work well with the movie. Perhaps the best thing about this film is the extreme tension you feel throughout the ENTIRE movie. My whole body was tense throughout the movie, from the beginning (short opening scene, which was also done well) to the very end. You'll be on the edge of your seat, waiting to find out what's going to happen to this couple, as the strange things begin to happen to them, and even as the action starts....you have no idea what's going to happen next, or really what's happening to them at all. And when the truth is finally revealed (after much mental deliberation to what exactly THEY are), it's a little jarring...and the best (or maybe worst?) part? It's a true story.
This movie is Crazy as hell.. It will scare the living hell out of you.. not just with the picture.. but with the soundtrack as well... Finally a A+ horror film!!!
