Pretty terrible, but it definitely could have been much worse. The acting was bad, but again, could have been worse. The story, however, would have been pretty decent if it were handled effectively. Unfortunately, it just wasn't.

This could have been a good movie with a decent budget. The acting was terrible and the killings weren't shown, only the aftermath. Maybe not one of the worst but it ranks down there. Worth watching once on free dvd rental day.

This movie had the potential of being a great slasher film but alas it was just like the rest of the low budget horror films out there. Shitty acting, very slow story, and not enough gore. Dont even bother.

I have found a new low. A new movie to call 'The Worst Ever'. A new peak of horrible.

Plasterhead is so bad it defies understanding. Everything in this film is executed so poorly that throughout it's entirety I was never really sure whether it was a joke or not. If this film were intended to spoof the slasher genre it would be a masterpiece, but i truly sense that whoever is responsible for this actually aimed to impress.

When I say everything facet of this movie is awful, I mean that very literally. Patricularily the acting. I swear, I have never seen an ensemble of worse actors on screen in my life... ever. It actually affected my physical being after it was over. I felt like I was a bad actor myself, all of my movements felt awkward, all of my speak stunted. If you think I'm exaggerating I ask you to watch it yourself. Oh man, just wait for the kills. Every single person hit twitches so violently i thought they were attempting to do 'the worm'. Especially the white kid. It's amazing.

It's hard to put into words what I witnessed in this film.

The synopsis is simple. There's 4 college-type kids on a roadtrip to Miami (somehow out in the middle of bumf*ck nowhere en route) who run out of gas in some town where a guy named Plasterhead is a local lengend, or something. Nothing was made very clear due to horrendous story telling. They find a purse of some woman, and after a breif arguement they decide to try to return it to her. So we get introductions to some local noboby's spouting cryptic talk of how the town is cursed, etc (You'll be amazed how the locals somehow manage to be worse actors than the kids themselves). They come across a house and decide to go in and hang out for some reason. Two of the kids leave to find gas, or something, leaving the other two behind in a strangers house. Of course Plasterhead (who now looks entirely different from the breif opening shot we see of him) shows up, kills the bimbo (who's butt-ass ugly) and leaves the stereotypical black dude alone in the house, sleeping and listening to rap music. Meanwhile, the token white male and female chat with the town drunks in some bar, who look like highschool kids with press-on beards attempting to speak like 50 year old men. More cryptic talk of legends, etc.

I'll stop the synopsis here since it really doesn't matter.

This movie is PLAGUED with continuity errors and plot inconsistencies. First of all, Plasterhead is shown at the beginning as a mutated freak applying his plaster mask, but when he appears for the kills later on, he's just some tall black dude in a crappy white mask. He comes into town, killing two of the restaurant workers for no reason at all. He pulls one guy out of a window (presumably to his death) but moments later the guy's hiding from him behind a hay bale in the barn next door.

I could go on all day about this, seriously, there is a lot more to say. Of course it's completely cliche ridden, derivative, you know, stuff you'd say about regular bad movies. But this one goes so far beyond that. This defies a rating. I give it a 1 because it seems fitting considering the quality.

In spite of all this, I really do suggest you see this movie, preferably intoxicated with some friends. It is histarical, it cracked me up more than anything I can rememeber recently. There is so much to laugh at and mock that this movie actually became one of the most entertaining things I've ever seen.

Just to remind myself of exactly what I was in for in the future, (I will definately watch this again) I cut the sticky part off a post-it note and labelled this movie "A painful adventure!"

That pretty much sums it up.

(Please someone else review this, I want to share this pain)
