This flick is full of Amicus, Hammer horror style gothism about a cursed family who can't get rid of their past. Not a bad flick, but I suggest purchasing the movie in the Amicus horror set to get three movies for a decent price as this movie is probably the least entertaining of the bunch. It is slow at times and little gore, but a good horror story helps this flick get through the lag of simple deaths. Recommended to fans of Hammer horror or someone who is looking for a plot with substance.
