Another "Couple gets into trouble" movie. The setting of the movie is awesome, but the characters act very irrationally at times that it gets a bit frustrating. Also the way the couple gets into trouble is just dumb.
After the nasty stuff starts happening the movie gets better, but you should rather watch "Eden Lake" or the fantastic "Deliverance".
nope this isnt a genre busting movie, and yes there are whole scenes where you'll be liked "yep so they stole that from last house on the left, oh they stole that part from straw dogs, oh they stole that from texas chainsaw massacre", well think of it this way it just proves that they are fans of the genre and have pretty good taste in the movies they ripped off, i loved it wasnt blown away and not something that will stick with me forever i suspect but still well above average and worth seeing awesome gore affects by the way aswell
A little bit of a missed opportunity, was this movie, and it all went downhill from the point when Pa Hick said they would work out what they would do with them in the morning!! What!!?? A psycho hillbilly was going to leave a gorgeous French doll till morning to go and watch porn...I don't think so!! Up until that point everything, from the viewers perspective had gone well, with the tension being racked up perfectly. Then the rednecks go and turn into a bunch of limp wristed tarts, who couldn't catch a cold. Yes the deaths were gory and well-done, but they deserved to die like that for being written off so badly and promising so much malevolence. Sadly, it all ends well, and all tied up in a nice little pink bow. As I said, a missed opportunity to show us how inbreeds work...Aus style.
A gory but forgettable horror movie about a couple who take a boating trip only to find themselves stranded and lost. They wonder to a farmhouse for help but don't know it's run by psychopathic hillbillies and get held captive, they soon find themselves doing what ever it takes to get out of there alive. The movie was alright with pretty twisted, gory moments and ok acting but it was too cliche with uninteresting characters. I've just seen this type of movie way too many times and it just wasn't that memorable.
this movie sucked very unorigional yadda yadda yadda...

Plot's been overkilled in numerous films. I hated the film as soon as the wallabee was killed, killing innocent animals in films is just not something I find particularly entertaining.

One of teh better Dimension Extreme movie. It was very good and enjoyable. It had some gore. I dont understand why this movie didn't go to theatres. See or buy this movie.

i think this movie was kind of gory for only three people dying...
Two of the dumbest people in Australia get lost and enter the wrong house and all hell breaks loose. First half is slow but then it picks up a little to save this below average movie. Worth watching once on a snowy day.
This movie is very enjoyable not a masterpiece but good. It has great atmosphere ,lead actress was good ,nice to see different faces n horror movies. Bottom line its a good horror movie.

havent seen any other dimension extreme movies but this wis so so, typical horror/gore plot line, demented family, stranded couple. one wicked death scene. not bad.
So far this has been one of the best Dimension Extreme films, alongside Diary of the Dead and Inside. The gore was as impressive as it was plentiful. One thing I really found great about the film was the scenery in the beginning sequences. The demented family was genuinely creepy and the performance by the lead actress was beyond admirable.
This was a pretty good movie. Good plot and story the gore effects were good but I dint really like the acting at all. The mood was tense and very disturbing. The movie I thought was pretty slow and that was a downfall for me.
