REPO ROAD TOUR DAY SEVEN: ORLANDO, FL

Our first road tour is over... However I feel it's impact might be just beginning...
 Orlando, in some respects might have been our biggest success... As always we had lines that wrapped around the theater, and of course we had the fans in costumes and singing the songs at the top of the their lungs...
We had the far off travelers who trekked from out of the country to see the movie. Last night we had fans come to us from Puerto Rico, and France. Flying in, just to see REPO.
But where this one hit, which separates it from others was the theater itself. The Enizan.
The theater owner came over to myself and Terrance and said 'we are so fucking sick of Repo' This of course took us by surprise...
"Why?"
"Because in the entire time of running the theater, we have never received this many phone calls, walk ups, stalking fans, and angry patrons all because of REPO..."
He went on to explain that the event sold out right after tickets went on sale... Yet the phone calls NEVER stopped. People were calling hourly begging for added shows, midnight screenings, waiting list additions. For a month, he felt .25% of his time was dealing with the fans of REPO...
I know the majority of the readers here probably couldn't make it out to one of the ROAD SHOWS, or see the response we have gotten, so my words are just that... WORDS...
However, our ACTION will be seen... And what happened at the Enizan will begin to happen everywhere. Theaters will be calling... Fan's will not be silent... and our numbers will continue to grow...
Our eyes have been opened, and our course is clear...
We sold out every single theater with no advertising, or marketing... We turned a screening into an event. And no one wants to be left out. People want to be apart of the madness.
These fans have proven to me how loyal they truly are, and from our turnouts, the sheer number of them. They exist... and they are making their presence known.
There was one fan who traveled to numerous stops on the roadshow - I asked her "This is crazy, you are flying on your own dime for a movie"
She responded "Hell yes, and I'm not going anywhere..." well, either are we...
The Road Show reinforcement our actions, and intentions, our passion, and our motivation to NOT GIVE UP.
This is an open invitation to come join the event... Be apart of the insanity, be apart of the growing fan base...

I don\'t mean to bug you Darren, but do you have the pic of Terrance with a red head dressed all in black from the enzian? I would like to see it! Btw, Any chance you\'ll be coming back to Florida for the third REPO tour?? We would LOVE that!! |

The Road Tour WAS amazing, Darren! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I don\'t think as fans we can possibly thank you and Terrance enough! I thought I would never see Repo in theatres, but I got the amazing chance to. I thought that would be my only time, and this weekend I get to make the 200 mile drive and see it again! And who knows what is next! Road Tour 3 hitting the midwest? I\'m there!!! We got two extra nights in Chicago, I say next time the fans push for a week. And we\'ll do it :D |
