Got A Repo! Question? Get It Answered On The B-D Podcast! 10:04pm, November 10, 2008
This upcoming weekend, Tex, Keenan and I will be interviewing Darren Lynn Bousman and Terrance Zdunich for next week's episode of the Official B-D Podcast. I heard a rumor today about Sarah Brightman possibly making an appearance since she's having a concert in Tampa that night... but that starts at 8PM and I doubt she'd be able to make it over to Orlando by 11:30-ish to do a post-screening Q&A.
Anyway, all of us at the podcast want to get you guys involved with this interview. So here's an opportunity to get YOUR questions answered. We've been covering the hell out of Repo! here on B-D, especially Dan, but I'm sure there are plenty of you guys and gals out there who have a question we never got around to asking. So, here's your chance!
All you gotta do is post your question in the comments section below my blog. It's that easy! This Sunday afternoon (11/16), I'll print out this page and bring it with me to the interview, where we'll ask pretty much anything within reason (obviously, I'll root out the rude and derogatory stuff). And, of course, we'll give you a shout-out during the podcast.
So, if you guys think of a question you're dying to know the answer to... make haste and type it below!
First off, I love the movie. What can we expect on the DVD? Also, I read online that the DVD was coming out January 20. Is this true, 'cause if so, that's 3 days before my birthday and it'll make an awesome gift.
Can you please ask them what their favorite fan film is?
The correct answer is (my fan film) Repo The Puppet Opera! (but all of the fan films are amazing).
Can we ever expect to see Repo on stage? or a prequel? or a movie book about the making of Repo?
Your pal SpookyDan
aside from the source material, what was the influencing factor in making such a "Different" flick? Is it an attempt to revive the genre? Or to create your own sub-genre?
Will "Repo" be playing in Huntington, WV?
What can we possibly expect for Repo! if the limited release does well? I would have NO problem waiting longer for a DVD if it meant it could open wider!
can you ask the douchebag director to please stop making films forever and drop off the face of the earth? if you can do that, or even better make it happen, i owe you one. thanks.
Any chance that us lovely British folk will get to see this anytime soon? I've been following all the hype online and I'm *this* close to hopping on a bloody plane.
Darren, do you plan on trying to get the film to continue on in midnight screenings after the eventual DVD release? Rocky Horror has never been pulled from theaters since its first theatrical run over 30 years ago and it has pulled in over $140 million from just the midnight screenings all over the world.
Darren, I am glad you went with Paris as Amber, what was it like working with her? Hard? Easy? Was she a diva? (To make things clear, I am a Paris Hitlon fan ^^)
Wanted to tell you, Loved this movie and I'm dying to see it again. Do you think the Road Tour will make a second stop in KC. Also, about the movie, are Luigi, Pavi, and Amber some other woman's children or Marni's.
Just so you guys know, we did the interview last night so it should be on this week's podcast. If you typed a question in on here any later than last night, it wasn't asked. Sorry.
